Buona Vista Swimming Complex
Buona Vista Swimming Complex is located at 76 Holland Drive. One of the more popular pools found at the southern side of Singapore in the early years, it has since closed down due to upgrading plans in the Holland area. The swimming complex was demolished together with the neighbouring blocks in mid-2014.
For residents of this area, the next closest pool that is within vicinity would be Clementi Swimming Complex, which is a just a short 9 minutes drive. If you wish to commute by public transport, the fastest option would be by the MRT. However, if one wishes to take the bus, the approximate travel time would not be more than 30 minutes.
For parents who are looking for swimming lessons, both Clementi Swimming Complex and Delta Swimming Complex would be a good start as many classes are held at either pools on a daily basis.
