As part of a civil development for sports proposed by Sports Singapore, ActiveSG has help to digitise the swimming industry with mobile apps and booking systems. Easy to use mobile app such as ActiveWallet is readily available to the public and it comes with e-payments feautures that allows you to buy entry tickets online. At only SGD10 per month, the multiple entry pass allows unlimited access to all swimming complexes island-wide.
Having affliations with many organisations such as educational institutions, businesses, clubs and interest groups. ActiveSG has established programmes that are both cost-effective and applicable to suit all ages and competences. Boradening the possibility and the chance of participation for everyone.
How Do I Activate My ActiveWallet?
Step 1: Install the ActiveSG Application on your mobile device
Step 2: Sign up for your free ActiveSG membership (for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents aged 16 years and above only) to enjoy the privileges
Step 3: Verify by logging into your member account online (Click on “Retrieve My Info” and you will be redirected to the website to sign in for verification)
How Do I Use The App To Buy A SwimPass For My Entries?
Step 1: At the home screen, click the “Buy Pass” icon at the bottom of the page
Step 2: Choose between the Multiple Entry, Single Entry-Normal Pools or Single Entry-Feature Pools SwimPass. Then select the number of passes you need and click “Add To Cart”
Step 3: To complete your purchase, click on “Proceed To Pay”. Follow the payment prompts and choose eWallet to purchase using the available credit
How To Use The SwimPass To Enter Swimming Complexes?
Scan the QR code on your VCard for swimming pool entry
Alternatively, you can also use your NRIC, Driver’s License, Passion Card or Library Card for entry.
