I am X years old, is it too late to start learning swimming now?
Swimming is age-agnostic. As long as you have the desire to learn, you can start now.

What is the duration of each lesson?
The duration for Adult Swimming Lessons is 45 minutes, regardless of age and learning stage.
Where are the swimming lessons conducted?
For private swimming lessons, it can be held either at your own condo pool, or any nearby public pool. For centralised group swimming lessons, please drop us an enquiry, and we will be able to advise you as to which pool venue still has suitable class slot for your child.
I have an existing medical/health condition. Can I still learn swimming?
We suggest you first check with your doctor and seek professional medical advice on this matter. As far as we know, swimming can yield tremendous health benefits for some conditions, so check with your medical professional first before embarking.
What do I need to prepare for my swimming lessons?
All you need to bring along for the lesson is a set of swim attire, swim cap and a pair good fit goggles. Avoid having meals 1 hour before the lesson as undigested food may cause you to vomit.
How long will it take before I can swim my first stroke?
The learning speed for every individual is different. For adults who are regularly active in sports and exercise, you will be able to perform basic swim stroke in 4 to 8 lessons. Some may take a little longer, however with regular practice it will still be achievable.
